Anything we should know?

We call or email you back — usually the same day, with a class and time that suits your child’s age.
Come 10 minutes early so we can show you around and introduce your child to the sensei.
Wear comfortable clothes — a t-shirt and joggers are perfect. No gi needed for the first class.
Bare feet on the mat, water bottle, and that’s it. We provide everything else.
Parents are welcome to watch from the side — most do for the first few classes.
