A safe, fun, culturally enriching place to do homework and enjoy a few hours after school. Maximum class size: 20 children.
Albany Unified elementary students meet their Hanabi instructors at school and travel together to the dojo — walking or driving depending on weather, distance and staff schedules.
A quiet, supervised space to get homework done before the evening — so families get their evenings back.
Children join real judo classes as part of the programme, on proper mats with qualified instructors.
Language, games, songs and dojo etiquette woven into everyday afternoons.
A snack break between school and activities keeps everyone going.
Maximum 20 children, so every child is known by name.
We collect your child from school and the afternoon starts with a snack. Homework and quiet activities come next, then everyone changes for judo — falling, rolling and games on the mats with our senseis.
