In-Class Shiai, Palo Alto Tournament, Thanksgiving and more!
November In-Class Shiai
Our monthly in-class Shiai (tournament) will be on November 17. Our Little Chibi and Hajime students will participate in a sumo competition starting at 5:25 and ending at 6:25. At 6:30 we will be having the Judo Shiai for our Honto students where we break into teams and compete. Come and participate or just stop by to watch! It is always a wonderful event for all.
Palo Alto Tournament
Three Hanabi kids participated in Palo Alto this past Sunday, November 12, and they did us proud. Shuhan won three matches by full point, Jargal won his two matches by full point, and both of them took home a gold medal. Chelsea fought very hard and eventually prevailed, winning a bronze medal. Congratulations to all!
Thanksgiving Vacation
Hanabi will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 24 and 25. We will be open on Saturday November 26.
Winternationals in Los Angeles
